Jim's Organic Coffee is Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth under the US National Organic Program 7 CFR Part 205. We have held this certification since 01/22/2010, with the latest certificate issued on 05/05/2021 under Certificate Number Z-60861-2008.

From farm to roast to brew, we bring you coffee with character so that you can find that perfect coffee moment, cup after delicious cup. Certified Organic farming practices play a key role in this. Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries and other nitrogen-rich elements, and place them into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes a longer, stronger root structure that develops the desired deep, clean coffee taste.

Jim's Organic Coffee is also entirely shade grown. The canopy shades the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm. Furthermore, we work directly with farmers to ensure they are benefiting fairly from their fine quality with above-fair payment for their coffee.
