Organic Coffee from Jim's is guaranteed by Oregon Tilth to be certified organic. Since 1/22/2010, we have been certified by Oregon Tilth under the US National Organic Program 7 CFR Part 205. Our most recent certificate was issued on 05/05/2021 with Certificate Number Z-60861-2008.

Our decaffeinated coffee, Sweet Nothings Decaf, offers a mild and mellow flavor. It is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process, which entails using only water and no chemicals.

Important Note

Decaffeinated coffee takes on a darker appearance, but the roast level remains Light Roast. The Swiss Water processed coffee undergoes a similar roast progression to non-decaffeinated coffee.
