Our freshly roasted selection includes Single Origins, Signature Roasts (Light, Medium, and Dark), Decaffeinated Coffees, and Naturally Flavored Coffees. Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries and other nitrogen-rich elements, and place it into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes a longer, stronger root structure that develops the desired deep, clean coffee taste.

Jim's Organic Coffee is entirely shade grown, with the canopy shading the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm. We work with farmers to ensure they are benefiting from their fine quality with above fair payment for their coffee. We roast and pack our coffee into one-way valve bags for roaster-fresh taste, with the beans artisan-roasted to perfection at our state-of-the-art facility in the USA.
