Certified Organic

Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries and other nitrogen-rich elements, and place it into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes longer, stronger root structure that develops the desired deep, clean coffee taste.

Shade Grown

Jim's Organic Coffee is entirely shade grown. The canopy shades the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm.
