Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries and other nitrogen-rich elements, placing them into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes a longer, stronger root structure that develops the desired deep, clean coffee taste.

Jim's Organic Coffee is entirely shade grown, with the canopy shading the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm. We work with farmers to ensure they are benefiting from their fine quality with above fair payment for their coffee.
