Why do we only use Loring roasters? Loring's closed-loop system makes the process almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Instead of constantly reheating the ambient air, Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach ideal roasting temperatures. This results in more fresh-roasted coffee for you and less wasted, burnt coffee.

To combat the rapid loss of freshness after roasting, we immediately package, nitrogen-flush, and seal each bag. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that's heavier than air, forcing out flavor-stealing oxygen before the bag is sealed.
